Coronavirus information

Here at Stanmore Health we want to keep everyone safe during this current Coronavirus pandemic. We are very pleased to inform you that we are open and seeing patients again now and have therefore carried out a coronavirus risk assessment and put measures in place to ensure we all stay safe and healthy. Here's what we've done;

  • + Prior to your appointment we'll send you some COVID-19 screening questions to check that you're safe to come in for treatment. We ask that if your reply is 'yes' to any of these questions that you contact us for advice but do not come in for treatment and we can reschedule when appropriate. Please do bear with us, as we will have to recheck these with you at the entrance before coming into the building for your appointment and before each subsequent session
  • + We will check your temperature on arrival with a contactless thermometer
  • + We are practising social distancing throughout the building
  • + There is hand washing facilities on arrival
  • + You will be provided with a face mask to wear, unless you have come with your own
  • + Hand sanitiser will be available throughout
  • + Practitioners will be using PPE including face masks, single use aprons and gloves plus goggles when required
  • + We are leaving longer gaps between sessions for the clinic room to aerate between patients and between each patient the clinic room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with appropriate antiviral products
  • + You can pay by card or by bank transfer to avoid the use of cash
  • + We ask that you don't arrive early or enter the building before we have met and screened you and that you come alone as far as possible, unless you specifically require or want a chaperone present

We hope this puts your mind at ease and makes you feel more confident coming along to see us. Let's all stay happy, safe and healthy together.
